Developed in partnership with DE&S to enable clear ownership, categorisation, prioritisation and progression of business cases promoting a consistent behaviour and complete management of all spend from initial creation and approval to final commitment and sign off.
Approve links budget and deliverables and facilitates easier stakeholder engagement whilst tracking spend in real time; providing accurate data to enable informed decision-making.
