ITLM TOOLKIT OVERVIEW
The iTLM toolset is a suite of web-enabled modules used by the Typhoon Project Team (PT) within the Ministry of Defence (MOD), responsible for delivering the critical ‘Eurofighter’ programme.
The solution was created by tlmNEXUS to help the team stay true to the ‘Through Life Management’ principles in use across the MOD, and at the same time acquire the correct amount of short, medium and long-term capability required for their multi-nation, multi-billion pound programme.
The solution works by streamlining and web-enabling the critical business processes that the project team relies upon to manage and acquire its capability.
