Today’s armed forces face a unique set of demanding and often changing challenges. Flexibility to deploy rapidly, anywhere in the world, often as part of an international force (expeditionary warfare) maybe commonplace for today’s armed forces, but more and more delivery of that capability must also represent real value for money from inception to disposal.

For that reason, the MOD's project teams (PTs) are required to demonstrate that they have achieved the required level of through life management maturity. Our solution, based on the well known principles of the 'Through Life Management' philosophy, enables IPTs to take a more complete and considered approach to the whole life costs and outlook of their projects and programmes, to work more effectively and efficiently, and deliver improved capability to their customers.
