Taking an Agile Approach

In environments that experience change frequently it can be a challenge to keep extant systems and processes current. All too often requirements shift before systems are deployed. tlmNEXUS are Agile practitioners. Simply put, this means simple systems are deployed quickly, and cheaply, to meet known major requirements. Systems are then developed over a continual series of iterations called ‘sprints’ drawing in the feedback from users. The result? Investment pinpointed at requirements that meet users needs exactly, and can go on evolving as needs change rather than becoming legacy liabilities in the future.
