Job Description
An opportunity has arisen at tlmNEXUS for the right candidate with experience in delivering projects within an Agile environment to undertake the role of Project Manager/Agile Scrum-Master
As the Project Manager you will be working closely with the cross-functional Agile teams to deliver quality software to deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver quality software to deadlines
- Hosting daily SCRUM meetings with in-house developers, analysts and testers
- Maintaining and updating project documentation and hard-copy SCRUM project boards
- Contributing directly to the quality of tlmNEXUS software by ensuring our ISO standards are adhered to
- Understanding and promoting the philosophy of lean agile software development
- Maintaining effective relationships with clients in finite project lifecycles as well as longer-term support scenarios
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and managing their expectations
- Helping to ensure projects stay within agreed time, scope and budgetary constraints
- Writing and executing formal test-plans
- Accepting and controlling change within projects
Experience, Knowledge and Skills required
Essential
- Certified Scrum Master qualification
- Experience of project management concepts both waterfall and agile
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with people at all levels
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to provide accurate verbal and written reports
- Must be SC cleared or available to be SC cleared
Desirable
- A business/IT or analytical degree
